Help Locate Three Individuals in Cambodia

A genealogical research firm in France is seeking assistance in locating three missing individuals who were last known to be in Cambodia. These individuals, all members of a family deeply affected by the Khmer Rouge era, have lost contact with their surviving relatives.

Who we are looking for:

The missing individuals are:

  • HA Pui-Tsing – Alleged birthdate: November 11, 1963, or 1965, born in Kratie
  • HA Puy-Ly – Alleged birthdate: January 12, 1965, or 1967, born in Kratie
  • HA King-Yon – Alleged birthdate: February 20, 1967, 1968, or 1969, born in Kratie

They are the children of Hong HO alias HA and Khoan LIEU, who were victims of the Khmer Rouge genocide. Before the war, the family lived at 69 Vithei Kampuchea Krom, Phnom Penh, where the father worked as a pharmacist.

What we know so far

  • After surviving the genocide, the three individuals fled to Vietnam for several years.
  • At an unknown date, they returned to Cambodia.
  • They are believed to have settled in Phnom Penh, but their exact location is unknown.
  • The original family surname might have been “HO”, but records show “HA.”

How you can help

We are calling on anyone who may have information about their whereabouts. If you recognize these names, or if your family has ties to the HO/HA family from Kratie or Phnom Penh, please contact us.

Even small details—such as former neighbours, schoolmates, or work connections—could help reconnect these individuals with their relatives abroad.
