There are two aspects of the organization I really appreciated.  First was the ability to talk to the owner, I believe always off the clock, about the case.  He always listened to my concerns, and we were easily able to reach consensus on how to proceed.  Secondly is the access this company has to resources within Cambodia.  This helps a lot when like me you are not living in the country, and do not know the country or the language.  The staff are khmer or fluent khmer speakers, and were able to help the individual I was supporting immediately.  They were able to gain trust of this individual, and as a result I received a clear picture of what was happening and how to go forward to resolve the problem(s)........
